Stable contracts
Once an API is publicly documented as supported, breaking changes should be introduced through an explicit version or documented migration path rather than silently changing the meaning of an existing contract.
Deprecation
Where practical, Wewed should provide advance deprecation notice, migration guidance and a reasonable transition period. Emergency security, abuse-prevention or legal changes may require faster action.
