Security at Wewed

Security approach

Wewed uses authenticated accounts, authorization boundaries and application/infrastructure controls to protect platform data. Security is an ongoing process and no online service can promise absolute security.

User responsibilities

• Use a unique password and protect authentication factors.
• Do not share credentials across planner or vendor staff when separate authorized access is available.
• Review access when a team member leaves a business or wedding project.
• Report suspected account compromise promptly.
• Avoid uploading secrets or personal information that is unnecessary for wedding coordination.

Vulnerability reports

Good-faith security researchers should report reproducible vulnerabilities through Wewed’s published support/contact channel and avoid accessing unrelated user data, disrupting the service or publicly disclosing an issue before Wewed has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
