Wewed subscriptions
Wewed may offer paid plans. Current account billing is processed through Stripe Billing. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal behavior and cancellation controls presented at checkout or in the billing area form part of the applicable purchase terms.
Vendor service payments
A Wewed subscription charge is different from a payment owed to a wedding provider. Unless a specific Wewed payment flow expressly identifies Wewed as the merchant or contracting party, provider deposits, refunds, cancellations and service performance are governed by the customer-provider agreement.
Refunds and statutory rights
Any Wewed refund right shown at purchase applies in addition to non-waivable consumer rights. Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be used fraudulently and may lead to account review when misuse is reasonably suspected.
