Ownership and licence
Users keep ownership of content they own. By uploading content, the uploader represents that they have the rights needed for Wewed to host and display it for the intended platform purpose, and grants Wewed the limited operational licence necessary to do so.
Marketing use is separate
Private wedding or provider content should not be treated as automatically licensed for unrelated Wewed advertising merely because it can be displayed inside the product. Any broader promotional use should have a separate lawful basis or permission.
Rights reports
A rights holder may report allegedly infringing material through Wewed’s support/reporting channel with enough information to identify the work, the disputed material and the reporter’s authority. Wewed may remove or restrict material while a credible claim is evaluated.
