Who should review
Reviews should come from people with a genuine first-hand relationship or material experience with the provider. Wewed may request reasonable evidence such as a booking record, contract, invoice, communication or other proof of the relationship.
Review integrity
- No fabricated, purchased or competitor-sabotage reviews.
- No threats or pressure to obtain a particular rating.
- Incentives must not be conditioned on a positive review and must be disclosed where required.
- Reviews may describe positive or negative experiences when they remain relevant and comply with content rules.
- Providers may report reviews for policy reasons; payment to Wewed does not create a right to remove legitimate criticism.
Verified labels
A “verified” label must correspond to a defined check, such as a confirmed Wewed relationship or reviewed evidence. It does not mean Wewed guarantees every statement in a review.
