Independent providers

Marketplace providers are independent businesses or professionals unless Wewed expressly identifies a different relationship. A listing, ranking, badge or profile does not by itself make that provider an employee, agent or representative of Wewed.

Due diligence

Users should independently evaluate provider suitability, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance and contract terms where relevant. Verification labels must be read according to the specific check described by Wewed; no generic badge should be treated as a guarantee of quality, safety or future performance.

Transactions and disputes

Unless a Wewed checkout explicitly says Wewed is the merchant or contracting party, the wedding-service agreement is between the customer and provider. Provider cancellations, deposits, deliverables and service remedies are governed by that agreement and applicable law.

Wewed may provide reporting, evidence-preservation, communication or discovery tools without assuming the provider’s contractual obligations.
